Braced pair of weathering grade road beams. Heavy engineered fabricated beam project requiring careful planning of the delivery access arrangements due to the extreme gradients on site. Flange thickness of 50mm and web plate thickness of 20mm.
Empingham beam bridge is made up of two heavy fabricated weathering grade steel beams. The beams were fabricated at our bridge manufacturing facility and then blasted in our in-house finishing department. The bridge forms part of a new road to facilitate the extension of Ketton Quarry.
