We recently completed the installation of the Causeway underbridge near St Ives in Cornwall.
Weighing in at 52te for the steel content alone, the bridge was fabricated, blasted and painted in-house at our manufacturing facility. In order to provide an all encompassing ‘off-site’ solution, the finished deck was set up in Nusteel’s bridge build yard to facilitate the permanent track way concreting works. We then delivered the completed 102te deck to site and where the side walkways were bolted on prior to lifting into its final position.
