One of the projects nearing Fabrication completion is the Mowhay footbridge which will be installed in the new year. The Warren Truss designed structure and associated approach parapet will shortly be moved into our blast shop and then into the painting department for the finishing treatment works.
Site installation works this month have concentrated on the M4 and M1 J13-16 SMART motorway gantry schemes. We have been busy erecting both full-access and non-access Superspan portal gantries on these projects.
As Christmas approaches, our thoughts turn to what has been an extremely challenging year, both in our work and personal lives. Instead of sending traditional Christmas cards this year we are supporting Shelter who help those facing homelessness. They do a fantastic job in helping those people who are often overlooked by society.
